All obedience class students must complete and return the PRDF Waiver, PRDF Rules, and either the New Student Training Application or Returning Student Training Application. You can download these documents here in .pdf format.
The Parent Survey is for students to complete after the six-week session is over, to give us feedback and input to help us improve our training program.
