Peace River Dog Fanciers, Inc. has been providing dog training in Charlotte County, Florida, since March 1988. Thousands of purebreds, mix-breeds, and rescued dogs have gone through our training classes to become well-behaved members of society.
Our classes are held indoors in the climate controlled gym located at the South County Regional Park, 670 Cooper Street, Punta Gorda, on Wednesday evenings.
Additionally, we have recently decided to begin offering limited classes at the Harold Avenue Recreation Center at 23400 Harold Avenue, Port Charlotte, FL 33980. These classes will be held on Monday evenings.
All classes are 50 minutes in length, beginning at 6:30 p.m. and at 7:30 p.m., and run for 6 weeks at a total cost of $70.00 per 6-week session. You must contact us to pre-register for all classes.
The most popular classes are AKC® S.T.A.R. PuppySM Class, AKC® Canine Good Citizen® (CGC®) Class and Manners / Beginning Obedience Class. Please see our Classes Available for more information on the classes we offer.
